Ralph most recently worked for Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer’s Worldwide Television Distribution department, responsible for Business and Legal Affairs. Prior to arriving at MGM, he completed a four year stint at CESD Talent Agency as a respected voiceover agent whose client roster grossed over 3 million dollars in Promo/Trailer bookings. In addition, Ralph has owned and operated two successful production companies, producing short films, TV pilots and music videos for emerging artists, and for newly developed properties. His contribution to Rare Breed Entertainment combines his industry relationships, talent management, negotiation skills, intellectual property creation, development, and management. Ralph attended the University of California Santa Barbara with a B.A. in Film Studies and began his career in the entertainment industry as part of Universal Studios’ college recruitment and enrichment programs.
